A plastic lens unit (1) includes a lens (2), a lens holder (3), a first engagement portion (4) formed on a first surface of the lens (2), and a second engagement portion (5) which are molded as a unitary block. The first engagement portion (4) and the second engagement portion (5) are formed as follows. When optical axes (6, 6) of two plastic lens units (1, 1) having a first surface and a second surface which oppose to each other coincide with each other, the first engagement portion (4) of the plastic lens unit (1) is engaged with the second engagement portion (5) of the other plastic lens unit (1).
