<p>A dual transmission mode handover method, which could establish circuit switched and packet switched user data links simultaneously for a terminal, and process the circuit switched and packet switched handover procedure associated with the same terminal, therefore increasing the network capability and improving quality of service. In addition, a generic access network controller and a user terminal are provided. With the invention, the mobile terminal performing both of the circuit switched and packet switched services could roam freely in the wireless core network through different access technologies, and the user mobility and the service experience could be improved.</p> |
