<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fuel cell power generation system which is based on daily life and in which no burden is imposed on a user without increasing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This is the fuel cell power generation system equipped with the fuel cell main body 1, a hot water storage tank 2, an exhaust heat recovery device 3 in which exhaust heat is recovered from the fuel cell main body, a wattmeter 4 to measure household receiving power, a hot water usage measuring means 5, a memory means 6 to memory household power usage and hot water usage, and an external communication means 7 to inform abnormality in that case.
