PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light inner-rotor coreless power generator having an excellent heat dissipation property and easily increasing a power generation output. SOLUTION: The inner-rotor coreless power generator includes: permanent magnets rotated by a rotating shaft to form magnet field poles; and an armature formed with a coil disposed so as to face the permanent magnets. The armature includes the coil sealed by a heat-resistant resin, and formed into a disk having a central hole. An outer circumference of the coil formed into the disk is held by a metal frame having the heat dissipation property. The magnetic field poles are constituted by radially disposing a plurality of permanent magnets in a disk holder for fitting the rotating shaft into the central section so as to face the coil.
