PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the skill of a person in charge of a test is depended upon because control is performed manually while freely using and finely adjusting the setting of running parameters of simultaneous running programs, multiple start, a loop count, or the like while monitoring the used state of a resource by visual observation in the conventional manner and that there is deficiency in test reliability in the reproducibility of the same condition, stability for long time and reproducibility during a problem. SOLUTION: In this program to be tested resources competition testing method for verifying an operation about competition of computer resources for a program 2 to be tested being a test target operating on a computer, a competitive program 4 having a function for creating a competing state of the computer resources gives disturbance to processing of the program 2 to be tested to verify the operation by intentionally using applicable resources to the computer resources.
