PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope with a CCD camera attached on the tip thereof, suitable to observe the inside of a bearing where lubricating oil such as grease is filled, for industrial mechanical equipment. SOLUTION: The endoscope includes: the tip part including a monitoring device, preferably the CCD camera and a cleaning liquid supply passage; an operation part for controlling the tip part; and a flexible tube wherein a signal line or the like connecting the tip part and the operation part is enclosed, and bamboo shoot springs are interposed at predetermined distances. An adjusting device is disposed in the middle of the signal line, for adjusting the position of the monitoring device within a required range in back and forth directions of the tip part.
