PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying air-conditioning system having no risk of causing the degradation of dehumidifying capacity of a dehumidifying air conditioner even when carrying out defrosting operation in a showcase. SOLUTION: The dehumidifying air-conditioning system comprises the dehumidifying air conditioner 10 having a dehumidifying rotor 30 and supplying treated air into a store 1 while releasing regenerated air to the outside, and a cooling device 20 supplying an operating fluid to evaporators 21 constituting a plurality of showcases 2, to cool the internal atmosphere of the showcases 2. The dehumidifying air-conditioning system further comprises a first condenser supplied with the operating fluid acquiring heat from the internal atmosphere of the showcases 2, to heat the regenerated air passing through toward a moisture discharge region 51, and control means 70, 80 performing transport control of the heat acquired from the internal atmosphere of the showcases 2, to the first condenser by evaporating the operating fluid in the evaporators 21.
