PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology relating to a roller hearth type heat treatment furnace capable of correcting bend of conveying rollers with a simple constitution and elongating service life of the conveying rollers. SOLUTION: In this roller hearth type heat treatment furnace 100 comprising a hearth composed of the plurality of conveying rollers 2 inside of a furnace body 1, further comprising motors 9 for rotating and driving the conveying rollers 2, and a control means 13 for controlling the rotation of the motors 9, and conveying a tray 11 while controlling the rotation of the conveying rollers 2, the control means 13 comprises a gravity center positioning means for detecting positions of gravity centers of the conveying rollers 2, and a means for correcting the bend of the conveying rollers.
