PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work fatigue degree measuring system which constitutes a database on the basis of the data of the flashing light and/or intermittent sound fusion discrimination threshold value of an examinee and the data related to the individual feature of the examinee, a measuring date, the state of the action and body of the examinee before measurement and the work content of a measuring day and evaluates the work fatigue degree of the examinee as an objective index by comparing analysis from the database. SOLUTION: The work fatigue degree measuring system includes a measuring instrument 4 for measuring the F value and/or T value of the examinee, a data input device 6 for inputting the measuring data of the measuring instrument 4, an analyzer 1 for analyzing various data and the measuring data to form the database and an output device 8 for outputting an analyzing result. The analyzer 1 has the function of constituting the database on the basis of the correlation with the variation of various data and the measuring data, the function of analyzing and judging a work fatigue degree on the basis of the database and the function of outputting the work fatigue degree through the output device 8.
