PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which not only suppresses secondary infection caused by scattering of blood but also prevents the next sample to be examined from being contaminated with the preceding sample to be examined when a blood sampling tube with a film seal type plug body is opened. SOLUTION: A plug opening block is provided with a plug opening cutter for punching out the plug body of the blood sampling tube, and a holding pin for holding a punched plug opening part, and the plug is opened by using a plug opening block on each blood sampling tube, and the used plug opening block is abandoned each time to suppress contamination between samples to be examined.
