PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a bonding part for a vehicle body panel constituted such that prevention of generation of electro-corrosion can be attained and manufacturing can be performed using a conventional facility. SOLUTION: In the structure of the bonding part for the vehicle body panel, a roof outer panel 2 comprising an aluminum based metal plate, a roof side rail outer panel 4 comprising an alloy melting plating steel plate, and a roof side rail inner panel 6 comprising a non-alloy based zinc plating steel plate are superposed and bonded. The roof side rail outer panel and the roof side rail inner panel are welded/bonded, and a notch part 11 for partially exposing the roof side rail inner panel is provided on the roof side rail outer panel. A projection part 12 is provided at a portion corresponding to the notch part on the roof side inner panel, a sealant 14 is interposed at at least a part between an inner periphery of the notch part and an outer periphery of the projection part, and the roof outer panel is welded/bonded to an apex surface of the projection part exposed from the notch part.
