PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a resin in a necessary amount to a pre-molding part in necessary timing while the resin is weighed precisely and to curtail the cycle time of pre-molding. SOLUTION: A resin feeding mechanism 101 which supplies a prescribed amount of the powdery or granular resin 300 to the pre-molding part 200 which molds the powdery or granular resin 300 in advance into a sheet in order to charge the resin 300 into a resin sealing mold is provided with a metering part 102 which can weigh the resin 300, a film 206 which can convey the resin 300 to the pre-molding part 200, and a holding part 110 which can temporarily hold a prescribed amount of the resin 300 weighed by the metering part 102, so that the resin can be weighed by the metering part 102 irrespective of the condition of the film 206.
