PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of abnormal sounds resulting from mixed air or a torque fluctuation of an output body 2 resulting from the mixed air if the rotating direction of the output body as part of a damper device is changed when air is mixed in viscose fluid as part of the damper device. SOLUTION: The damper device comprises a body 1, and the output body 2 rotatably assembled on the body 1 with a rotor part 20 stored in the body 1, wherein the resistance of the viscose fluid 10 filled in the body 1 is imparted to the rotation or relative rotation of the output body 2. A relief passage 20d for air (a) mixed in the viscose fluid 10 is formed in an end face 20h of the rotor part 20 of the output body 2 in the direction of a rotational axis X of the output body 2.
