PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive having excellent adhesive property and low refractive index. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the active energy ray-curing adhesive for optical materials comprising (A) a (meth)acrylate compound containing a fluorine atom, (B) a polysiloxane having at least two hydrolyzable alkoxy groups, and (C) a photoradical polymerization initiator, wherein the polysiloxane (B) is a condensation product of a silane compound (b1) represented by general formula (1) as an indispensable component monomer. [In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is at least an organic group selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acryloyloxyalkyl group, glycidoxyalkyl group, mercaptoalkyl group and aminoalkyl group, R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-12C aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon group or a 6-12C aromatic hydrocarbon group, R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl group, m is 0 or 1].
