A rolling bearing device having high damping performance that damps vibration of a rotating shaft to reduce a load on a rolling bearing and the entire device, improving the durability of the device. The rolling bearing device has a rolling bearing (13) having an inner ring (24) and an outer ring (23) that are arranged so as to be relatively rotatable and also having rolling bodies (25) arranged between the inner and outer rings (24, 23). The rolling bearing (23) allows a shaft (14) and a housing (12) to rotate relative to each other. The rolling bearing device has a damper member (60) between the rolling bearing (13) and the housing (12). The damper member (60) is formed by weaving metal wires (64).
