The valve body (64) forms, inside the valve body receiving section (61), a high pressure side space (61b) and a high pressure side space (61a). When the difference between high and low pressures in a refrigerant circuit (11) changes, the difference in pressures in the high pressure side space (61b) and high pressure side space (61a) changes, and this automatically changes the position of open/close of the bypass path (66) effected by the valve body (64).</p>
