Power of a compressor in a refrigeration cycle is reduced to save energy. In the refrigeration cycle, drive force for rotating a pump (22) is generated in an accumulator (6) by rotating a turbine (21) by refrigerant sent from a gas cooler (2), and refrigerant introduced from an evaporator (4) is compressed by the pump (22). As a consequence, the pressure of the refrigerant sent toward the compressor (1) by rotation of the pump (22) is increased, that is, suction pressure of the compressor (1) is increased, with the result that power of compressor (1) in a refrigeration cycle is reduced to save energy. |
