<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which continues to supply power to load devices, even if one portion among a plurality of electricity accumulating portions is electrically disconnected, as necessary, and to provide a vehicle that includes the system and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: If both the electricity accumulating portions 10 and 20 are normal, system relays SMR1 and SMR2 are kept turned on. A converter 18 performs a voltage conversion operation, according to a voltage control mode (voltage rising). A converter 28 performs a voltage rising operation according to a power control mode. When an abnormality is produced in the electricity accumulating portion 10, and the system relay SMR1 is set to off, the converters 18 and 28 suspend the voltage conversion operations, and keep electrical conducting states between the electricity accumulating portions 10, 20 and a main positive busbar MPL and a main negative busbar MNL, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
