<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat which does not impair comfort to sit on, suppresses deformation of a cabin space adjacent to an occupant in a side-impact collision, has a simple structure, and is easy to be assembled. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 11 is equipped with a seat frame 37 whose rectangular frame shape is formed by left and right frames and a connection frame. The seat frame 37 has a left frame 48 and a right frame 51 comprising the left and the right of a frame shape, and the connection frame for mutually connecting end parts of the left and right frames. A seat reinforcing mechanism 23 is provided between the left and right frames. The seat reinforcing mechanism 23 has its one end facing to the left frame 48 and being apart from the left frame 48, and the other end facing to the right frame 51 and being apart from the right frame 51, as well as is attached substantially in parallel to the connection frame.
