PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice operation device which improves user-friendliness of voice operation. SOLUTION: The voice operation device comprises: a storage means for storing a plurality of notice messages SM in which genre names are different from each other, by setting a voice data composed of combination of a phrase for indicating the genre name, and a phrase indicating that it does not correspond to the genre name, as the notice message SM; an output means for outputting one of the notice messages stored in the storage means; an input means for inputting voice for indicating response to the one of the notice messages; and a recognition means for recognizing the voice for indicating response which is input by the input means. When the voice which is recognized by the recognition means is the phrase for indicating non-corresponding, the output means outputs the other notice message which is stored in the storage means.
