PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a rise of a temperature in MOS, when a motor lock occurs. SOLUTION: A drive controller for vehicle turns off a clutch 12 (Step S2) and turns off a motor torque (Step S3), when it detects that a parking brake is being on-operated (Step S1).
