PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of passive components mounted on electronic equipment or communication equipment or the like, and to achieve the pitch narrowing of the terminal pitches of the passive components, the reduction of the number of terminals and the space saving of the overall mounting area of the passive components. SOLUTION: A plurality of passive parts 16A and 16B are formed in a dielectric substrate 14, and a plurality of electrodes to which a common ground potential is applied are made common in the respective passive parts 16A and 16B in a passive component 10A. For example, 8 inner layer ground electrodes 54, 58, 56, 60, 66, 70, 68 and 72 formed in each of resonance electrodes 20, 22, 24 and 26 are made common, and connected to a ground electrode 36, and the short-circuit edges of first and second input side resonance electrodes 20 and 24 and the short-circuit edges of first and second output side resonance electrodes 22 and 26 are made common in the inner layer ground electrodes 12a and 12b, and connected to the ground electrode 36.
