PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in the case that a video image picked up by a camera is stored as a moving video image and desired one of moving video images stored beforehand is selected or switched at each fixed time and displayed on a screen of a monitor as a moving video image. SOLUTION: A video image picked up by at least one entrance side camera installed at an entrance side is stored in a storage means 407 of a living room master unit 4 as a moving video image and displayed on a screen of a monitor 400 in a picture size resulting from performing thumbnail processing on one moving video image selected or switched at each fixed time among a plurality of moving video images on which thumbnail processing has been performed for the stored moving video images, or displayed on the screen of the monitor in a picture size resulting from simultaneously performing thumbnail processing on a plurality of moving video images. Furthermore, a specific moving video image is selected from among the moving video images displayed on the screen of the monitor in the picture size resulting from thumbnail processing, and displayed fully on the screen of the monitor, thereby outputting a voice of a speech from a master unit speaker 402.
