PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception device which can have a tuner according to a situation in just proportion and can exhibit its function. SOLUTION: A reception device has a connection port for connecting a tuner unit with a tuner function to be freely attached or removed, a reception portion receiving a broadcast signal, and a distribution portion distributing the broadcast signal received to a plurality of transmission paths.
