PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled piezoelectric oscillator whose oscillation frequency can be adjusted without making a frequency variation width narrow and which can be made compact. SOLUTION: The voltage-controlled piezoelectric oscillator is a piezoelectric oscillator having a piezoelectric vibrator, an inverter, and a feedback resistance connected between the input and output of the inverter, and is characterized in that a series circuit comprising a first fixed capacity element, a first variable capacity element and a first MOS capacity element is connected between the input of the inverter and the ground, the piezoelectric vibrator is interposed between a connection point between the first fixed capacity element and first variable capacity element, and the output of the inverter, and control voltages are supplied between terminals of the first variable capacity element and between terminals of the MOS capacity element respectively.
