摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a shape and velocity, and the like, of a moving object without incurring cost and manpower for the measurement. SOLUTION: Distance measuring data are obtained from a first laser distance measuring device for irradiating a surface parallel to the ground and a second laser distance measuring device for irradiating in aslant inside the measuring area, based on those distance measuring data, a three dimensional shape of material is measured. In accordance with movement of the object, the object shape is calculated using the data obtained from the second laser distance measuring device, a position of the object and the velocity are calculated using the data obtained from the first laser distance measuring device.
