PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a pursuit of urgent information after sending the information is difficult if a criminal soon moves by a vehicle after an urgent information sending device is taken away by the criminal and it is left at the location in case that the urgent information sending device is permitted to be separated from a body of a fitting person; and convenience of the urgent information sending device is insufficient if the urgent information sending device can not be separated by an intention of the fitting person. SOLUTION: A security device comprises a status determination section for determining whether or not an unlocking action is abnormal, a delaying time preparing section for preparing a delaying time so as to make unlocking delay when determining that the unlocking action is abnormal, and an unlocking delaying time progress determining section 108 for permitting the unlocking after passing the delaying time.
