PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric link-type rolling machine guide apparatus which can realize mounting of a vertical roll, for rolling a flat steel, on a universal rolling machine, has a simple apparatus construction, is cost-effective, and has good workability. SOLUTION: The eccentric link-type rolling machine guide apparatus is used in a universal rolling machine 11 on which vertical rolls 15, 16 for rolling a flat steel can be mounted. Guide parts 35, 36 for guiding a flat steel into between the vertical rolls 15, 16, height regulating eccentric axes 49, 50 for regulating the height of the guide parts 35, 36 provided on the base side thereof, eccentric axes 57, 58 for a guide part provided on the front side of the guide parts 35, 36, and a link mechanism for connecting them are provided above the inlet side and above the outlet side between vertical rolls 15, 16. The height regulating eccentric axes 49, 50 or the eccentric axes 57, 58 for a guide part is rotated by a drive means provided in the universal rolling machine 11.
