The network (1) comprises multiple customer computers (2) and servers, which are installed on a server computer (4). An inquiry (3) is directed to the server from the customer computer and a response is issued from the server to the customer computer. A series of questions, supplied by a user in the customer computer are compared with assigned answers (5) as user activity during their generation in an analysis unit (11 ). The analysis unit has a classification unit (12), by which the inquiries and the responses are assigned as user activity to a certain point of time.
