A liquid flywheel and a pedal powered boat using the same are provided to optimize propulsion stability through control of a rotation ratio between a crank and the flywheel by installing the flywheel and the crank on different rotary shafts. A liquid flywheel includes a housing(55), at least one partition(56), and a liquid inlet(57). The housing contains liquid inside. At least one partition is formed inside the housing to prevent an energy loss due to flow of the liquid. The liquid inlet is formed at one side of the housing to put or take out the liquid therein or therefrom. A hole is formed at a center of the housing to insert a rotary shaft(59) therein. The liquid inlet is covered by a plug(58). |
