<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device excelling in usability and attaining energy-saving operation. <P>SOLUTION: The control device comprises an energy detecting means 25 detecting consumption of a plurality of energies including at least the amount of gas used out of energies consumed in a household; a control part 20 carrying out addition processing of consumption according to individual energies based on each energy consumption signal detected by the energy detecting means 25; a display control part 24 carrying out energy equivalent value conversion processing of the added values of consumption according to the individual energies in predetermined conditions; and a display part 23 displaying the converted equivalent values. The display control part 24 has a carbon dioxide conversion calculating part 31 performing conversion into an amount of carbon dioxide emission based on the consumption added values according to the individual energies. The carbon dioxide converted value is displayed on a carbon dioxide display part 30 provided at the display part 23.
