PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the moment of inertia of a motor using a simple configuration, while realizing size reduction and lightweight of the motor. SOLUTION: The motor is provided with a rotor 15 having a rotary shaft 11 and a magnetic circuit member 14 fixed on the rotary shaft 11; a stator 19 having a magnetic circuit; and a cooling fan 30 fixed on the rotary shaft 11. The cooling fan 30 has a plurality of blades 31A, each having a main surface 31s toward the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 11 and extending so as to be larger than the outer shape of the magnetic circuit member 14 of the rotor 15, radially centered at the rotary shaft 11, and a ring-like member 32 for covering near the external periphery of the cooling fan 30 is provide on a surface 30b facing opposite to the surface 30a facing the magnetic circuit member 14 of the rotor 15 of the cooling fan 30.
