PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load toque detector of an electric motor, properly detecting the reaction force of a load, that is, the load torque applied to a driving output shaft of the electric motor with high accuracy, and fixing the electric motor to an external casing as a required holding part or fixing part to facilitate its manufacture and make a support structure of stable configuration in a device for operating the rotary drive of a required load by the electric motor. SOLUTION: The driving output shaft 14 projected from one end part of a motor housing of the electric motor 10 is provided with a sleeve body 16 disposed to surround the driving output shaft, a flange part 18 is formed at one end of the sleeve body and fixed to one end part of the motor housing, and the other end of the sleeve body is integrally constructed as an internal gear part 22 of a deceleration mechanism 20 including a planetary gear 21.
