PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to install a flexible substrate on a printed-circuit board with its bent attitude in a low profile and kept easily in a case. SOLUTION: A long strip-shaped flexible substrate 100 comprises a first substrate part 110 extending at a distant in a distant direction from an electrode connection part connected to an electrode of an external circuit; a connecting part 130 projecting and connected, in a direction crossing in an extending direction of the first substrate part 110 from the first substrate 110; and a second substrate part 150 extended along the distant direction from the connecting part 130, bent at the bending part 135 and arranged at the position lining up with the first substrate part 110 at its lateral side. A mutually retained retaining click part 114 and a click part to be retained 152 for keeping the bent state of the second substrate part 150 are provided in a protruding state at the part separated by identical interval, from the bending part 135 of sides 112, 154 of the respective first substrate part 110 and the second substrate part 150.
