PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire receiver for a dwelling unit capable of performing various functional tests and reducing the number of operation parts and display parts to have excellent operability. SOLUTION: A dwelling unit receiver 30 connected to a plurality of fire sensors 20 sensing a fire through a designated signal line performs a sensor operation test when a fire test switch 53 is operated in a designated mode, as a result of the sensor operation test, when abnormality occurring in at least one of the sensors is detected, blinks an alarm sound stoplight 42 capable of providing two-color display in green in reaching the number of blinking times corresponding to a connection position (a connection order) of a normal sensor, and blinks the alarm sound stoplight 42 in yellow in reaching the number of blinking times corresponding to a connection order of the sensor whose abnormality is detected.
