PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new product attribute information prediction technology capable of improving prediction accuracy when predicting attribute information showing a product to be manufactured by design information by using simulation on the basis of the design information. SOLUTION: A storage means for storing difference information between attribute information shown by a product obtained by simulations performed so far and an actual measured value of attribute information shown by the product is prepared. When there is a prediction request for attribute information shown by a new product, the attribute information shown by the new product is predicted by simulation on the basis of design information of the new product, difference information generated on the basis of a product whose structure is similar to that of the new product in difference information stored in the storage means, is selected and attribute information of a prediction result is corrected on the basis of the selected difference information.
