PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the frequency and variations of Q-value, simultaneously using the same QCM sensor, or by switching appropriately, by enabling the variations in the Q-value of a QCM element by using a circuit available also for frequency measurement. SOLUTION: This quartz oscillator sensor device employs a quartz oscillator sensor that is used for detection of trace material by contact with liquid. This quartz oscillator sensor device comprises an oscillation circuit, having a quartz oscillator for adhering to the trace material and an amplification device; a frequency counter for measuring the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit; a means for measuring the oscillation strength of the oscillation circuit; a voltage applied to an electrode of the quartz oscillator; or the voltage proportional to the former voltage. This quartz oscillator sensor device comprises a means for two-dimensionally displaying its ratio with the oscillation frequency or function of the ratio; a means for three-dimensionally displaying the measured frequency, oscillation strength or amplification degree, and time; and a means for displaying its ratio with the oscillation frequency or the function of the ratio, as a function of time.
