PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption by inhibiting fluid loss in a tubular pump. SOLUTION: A tubular pump is provided with: an impeller 1 including a boss 2; a drive device 13 including a drive source 4 arranged downstream of the impeller 1 and installed in a tubular casing 3 having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the boss 2; a shaft 5 connecting the boss 2 and the drive source 4; a channel casing 15 making a portion storing the impeller 1 a small diameter part 15a and a portion storing the drive device 13 a large diameter part 15b; and a guide vane 7 changing direction of turning flow on the delivery side of the impeller 1 to axial direction flow is provided. The guide vane 7 is positioned in the small diameter part 15a together with the impeller 1 and also positioned between the impeller 1 and the drive device 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
