PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to photograph a scenery image of the outside of a vehicle in the vehicle width direction from one end of the vehicle in the front/rear direction without deteriorating the appearance of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In the vehicle outside photographing device, a front grille 14 disposed in front end of an automobile is shaped by transparent resin material, and a right-hand side light guide section 36 and a left-hand side light guide section 38 are arranged in the front grille 14. These right-hand side light guide section 36 and left-hand side light guide section 38 guide light made incident to themselves from the outside of the automobile in the vehicle width direction to a camera arranged in the vehicle rear side of the front grille 14. Thus, the camera 32 can photograph a scenery image of the outside of the automobile 12 in the vehicle width direction by the light entering to itself guided by the right-hand side light guide section 36 and left-hand side light guide section 38.
