PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle capable of easily changing a tire and a tube by providing a frame for easily detaching the tire and the tube in the changing work of the tire and the tube of the bicycle. SOLUTION: A frame joint part 1 having a universal joint is provided at a frame D. A frame joint part 2 having a universal joint is provided at a frame E.
