PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a vehicle driving device capable of enhancing the control of the camber angle by ensuring the length of a suspension link, and compatibly arranging a large driving motor and the suspension link of the adequate length. SOLUTION: The arrangement structure has a plurality of suspension links 12F, 12R, 13F, 13R with one end being connected to a wheel and the other end being connected to a vehicle body. The plurality of suspension links is arranged in the vehicle width direction, and the driving motor M is arranged in an offset manner with respect to a center of the wheel 7 in the direction opposite to the positions of arrangement of the suspension links 12F, 12R, 13F, 13R. The driving motor M and the wheel 7 are connected to each other so as to transmit the driving force via a driving force transmission mechanism. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
