The present invention is directed to an annular ring float for smoothing or leveling the surface of concrete or like material. The annular ring has a planar lower ring surface with upturned edges. The shape of the ring float produces minimal surface tension allowing the ring float to be moved across a working surface in any direction and at speed without compromising the quality of the work. |
