C<SB>70</SB>-CONTAINING LIPOSOME, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND USE OF THE SAME

A solution containing a cyclodextrin-C<SUB>70</SUB> complex is mixed with a solution containing a liposome-forming lipid at 10-45°C, thereby producing a C<SUB>70</SUB>-containing liposome having the intrinsic physical properties of C<SUB>70</SUB> fullerene, which liposome is stably soluble in a polar solvent. Specifically disclosed are a C<SUB>70</SUB>-containing liposome which has the intrinsic physical properties of C<SUB>70</SUB> fullerene and is stably soluble in a polar solvent, a method for producing such a C<SUB>70</SUB>-containing liposome, and a use of such a C<SUB>70</SUB>-containing liposome.
