The network has a log file containing contents of questions (3) and answers (5) of characteristic criteria. A sorting of the log file is enabled by a session characterized by a session identification in an analyzing unit (11). A numerical sequence for forming characteristics of behavior of an end-user of respective customer computer is generated and formed by quantity conditions of criteria of individual session areas. Number of sessions are determined for forming the individual session areas, which fulfils the criteria.
