The flue has side walls (18) extending vertically upwards and comprising corresponding four opposite sections (6), where each of the sections includes an opening (13) arranged along a periphery of the side walls. The opening is provided with a flap (14) movable between opening and closing positions, and the flap is hinged above the opening. The flap upwardly opens and is electronically controllable, and a cover plate is formed integral to the sidewalls. An independent claim is also included for a system for discharging smoke and/or exhaust gas from a building.
