The device (10) has a drawing roller (30) with an adhesive agent (31) covering and adhering floor coating strips (110) at its rear side (111) in an anti-slip manner. The strips are deflected by a deflecting unit (13) of the device, and the agent is pulled around the roller during rotation of the roller. A repelling unit (50) arranged in a frame (11) releases the strips after half rotation of the roller by the roller. The repelling unit is stored by its freed floor coating strips on a bottom of a space.
