The head attachment has a liquid weight unit (2) supported centrally through a hollow chamber i.e. pouch (2a), in a movable manner. An under side of the hollow chamber is formed in a flexible manner and is turned towards the head. An upper side of the hollow chamber is provided with multiple separable connections i.e. textile hook-and-loop fastening layers (5a, 5b), and a closure (6). The size of the hollow chamber and/or content of the hollow chamber are changeable and/or replaceable, where the mobility of the weight unit is adjustable or changeable.
