<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an information processor for starting an application program for executing reserved video recording in a secure state. <P>SOLUTION: A log-on start request output part 201 outputs a log-on start request a predetermined time before a recording start time of broadcast program data whose video recoding reservation has been made. A log-on request part 203 transmits a log-on request including user identification information stored in a registry 302 to an operating system 102 in response to a log-on start request. When log-on authentication processing is successful, a lock control part 204 locks the operating system 102 by using the user identification information stored in the registry 302.
