<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed-board supporting device for allowing the reliable placement of even a minute electronic component on a printed board. <P>SOLUTION: When a printed board 2 reaches a given position of transfer chutes 3, 4, air cylinders 16, 17 operate to draw a rod upward, and cramp members 14, 15 rise against energizing forces of springs 12, 13 to hold the printed board 2 by pressing the end of the printed board 2 in a direction perpendicular to a transfer direction to the upper surface on which guide grooves 5, 6 are formed. Then, an absorption nozzle places a chip component on the printed board 2 while a backup base 7 is raised and the printed board 2 is horizontally held by a backup block 8. In this case, a resistor, a capacitor or the like having a magnetic substance can be reliably placed by being absorbed by a magnetic force of a magnet 9 on the top surface of the backup block 8 during the placement on the printed board 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
