<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band-like body winding reel capable of removing a wound band-like body with an easy operation without adjusting a winding speed of the band-like body. <P>SOLUTION: The band-like body winding reel 1 is structure by attaching an outer circumference member 3 to an outer diameter reducing member 22 of an inner circumference member 2. Outer diameters of the outer diameter reducing member 22 and inner diameters of respective fitting members 31, 32 structuring the outer circumference member 3 are respectively shortened from a base end E3 side to a tip end D3 side. The outer circumference member 3 attached to the outer diameter reducing member 22 is supported by an outer surface of the outer diameter reducing member 22 wherein inner surfaces of the respective fitting members 31, 32 contact with the outer surface of the outer diameter reducing member 22. An engaging part 21a is provided at a tip end part A1 of a rotation shaft 21 to which the outer diameter reducing member 22 is attached. An engaging piece provided in a fixed cylinder 41b of a fixed cap 4 engages with the engaging part 21a.
